We are opening a brand-new store in Edwardsville, IL and we are looking for a General Manager to help run the show!

General Manager Salary Range : $45,000- $56,000 plus quarterly bonus

Employment Type : Full-time

Our General Managers Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
• Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores.
• Meet and succeed profit and loss goals
• Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
