LÚDERE Jewelry, a Denver-based jewelry brand, is seeking a retail sales associate for part-time hours from Nov. 21st, 2024 - Dec 23rd, 2023 at the Cherry Creek Holiday Market.
The Location is at Fillmore Plaza, 105 Fillmore St Denver, CO 80206. This will be one of the booths in their winter village.
LÚDERE the word means PLAY. We create joyful, uncommon, and easy-to-wear mini sculptures for the body in 14K solid gold, 18K gold vermeil, and sterling silver with natural gemstones.

- Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business)
Our ideal candidate will have the following traits :
- Previous retail experience
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with high-end / luxury goods
- Knowledge of jewelry (values, materials, gemstones) and can communicate these effectively (training will also be provided)
- Experience + skill with social media (Instagram + TikTok)
- Understanding / passion for fashion, style & trends
Job responsibilities :
- Interact and engage with potential and active customers in a way that is warm and inviting
- Introduce potential customers to the brand, and help them understand the value of the pieces
- Convert potential customers into sales, and work to increase daily revenue
- Collect payment in exchange for sales
- Keep the booth organized and the displays looking as instructed
- Create simple, straightforward social media content for the brand page of the jewelry, the market, customers ect.
Schedule
- We will work with you to create an ideal schedule.
- This position will primarily be for weekday hours, but some weekend availability for coverage is preferred.
- Available shift hours are as follows :
- Mondays : 12pm - 7pm
- Tuesday : 12pm - 4pm & 4pm - 7pm
- Wednesdays : 12pm - 4pm & 4pm - 7pm
- Thursday : 11am - 5pm & 4pm - 9pm
- Fridays : 11am - 5pm & 5pm - 9pm
- Saturdays : 11am - 5pm & 5pm - 9pm
- Sundays : 12pm - 4pm & 3pm - 7pm
Compensation :
Starting at $16.00-$20.00 / hr (depending on experience) + commission of 5% of sales
