As our head of growth (GM), you'll work closely with the founding team ( Josh , Kenton , and Steven ) to brainstorm, plan, execute, and improve GTM strategies that drive usage of the Rumpel Protocol.
Responsibilities Own the GTM strategy & launch for new products, features, and partnerships Leverage analytical tools to monitor, track, and measure awareness, engagement, and campaign performance Live in the trenches of Crypto Twitter, following and participating in the latest DeFi trends and narratives Manage Rumpel’s content pipeline, draft articles / research, twitter threads, and craft visuals with the help of freelancers Constantly drive attention to Rumpel on Crypto Twitter Requirements 3+ years of background in Growth, Marketing, or a similar role Passion for everything in DeFi (products, thought leaders, trends, and users) A strong affinity towards crypto culture (permissionless / decentralization advocacy, complex research, degen gambling, and terminally online sleuthing) Deep understanding of crypto consumers and product landscape & UX Expertise at translating complex ideas into simple, exciting, viral content Obsessed with data, experiments, and measurement Entrepreneurial :
