We are seeking a Sr. ERP Systems Analyst for our Cleveland-based client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and ensure that ERP solutions meet those needs
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and improve the efficiency of business operations
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technology and industry trends to ensure the organization is utilizing the latest tools and techniques
- Participate in the other system implementations.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in ERP systems analysis, configuration, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of ERP software applications
- Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting
- Experience supporting systems post-implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
