Gather business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and customize configurations as needed. Test, deploy, and continuously improve SAP functionalities to maximize business impact. Train team members and provide ongoing SAP user support across all departments. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues with speed and precision. Proven experience with Deep understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration. Ability to troubleshoot fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments. SAP certifications in relevant modules are a major plus. Experience supporting IT infrastructure in Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to explain complex tech in simple terms. Resourcefulness, initiative, and an eagerness to grow with a fast-evolving company.

What You'll Do
IT Operations – Be the Tech Hero :
- Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure—servers, networks, workstations, and software.
- Set up and deploy IT equipment for new employees and support their tech needs.
- Manage equipment repairs, storage, and reuse to keep operations lean and agile.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft SharePoint to support collaboration and workflows.
- Research and recommend hardware / software solutions, handle licensing, and ensure smart IT investments.
- Troubleshoot user issues swiftly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and frustration.
- Ensure top-tier data security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Partner with vendors and service providers to bring the best tools to our teams.
- Collaborate with our international HQ IT team to align strategies and scale support.
