Coordinate link data collection systems within the organziation and maintain user-friendly system to enhance sharing of quality / business related informaiton.
Provide administrator level support for document management system. Standardize document formts and ensure an effective system for capturing, tracking and reporting : * Corrective Action Requests (CARs)* Cost of Poor Business Quality (COPBQ)* Customer Feedback* Document Revisions* Calibration records* Audit / Inspection data* Records stored offsiteRequirements :
- BA / BS Degree w / 5-10+ years of experience* Experience with implementation and administration of electronic document management systems.
- Experience leading cross functional teams in data collection and analysis techniques.* Knowledge of data modeling concepts and relational database definitions.
- Experience performing programming design and analysis with database applications using multiple storage and data retrieval techniques.
- Strong familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems required.* Familiar with international quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100 & AS9110.
