SALARY : $27.20 - $33.25 per hour . The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

BONUS; $3200 Sign-On Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance on all facilities and grounds equipment.
• Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, staff, and faculty to support campus operations.
• Assist in planning and decision-making to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the Montana campus Facilities and Grounds.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and safety systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Help develop and manage maintenance schedules and project timelines.
• Recommend improvements related to contracted services and oversee their work (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping).

Assist in the oversight and training of the facilities and grounds technicians as directed.
