Responsibilities :
- Balancing priorities between emails telephone calls andtaking escalated calls from contact centre colleagues.
- Proactive in your approach to personal development andlearning.
- Be a problem solver someone who canthink outside of the box and have an excellent attention todetail.
- Effectively coach and supportcolleagues to enhance performance and deliver the right outcome tocustomers.
- Communicate with customers overphone email and chat.
- Accurate and efficienthandling and entering customer quotes and orders via phone fax& email.
- Meet Performance Standardsset by Management.
- Answering product andservice questions and suggesting information about other productsand services.
- Maintains customer records byupdating account information.
Qualifications :
- Experience of complaint handling preferably withfinancial services experience.
- Enhanceperformance and deliver the right outcome to customers on possiblecomplaints.
- An eye for detail and the abilityto think creatively.
- Able to multitask respondto change and prioritise.
- Able to workindependently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
Requirements :
- 1years of customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US Driver’s License.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention todetail.
- Good level of computer literacyincluding Microsoft Office packages.
- Abilityto work independently and adapt to different workingenvironments.
