Account Manager

We specialize in connecting high quality manufacturers of medical supplies and equipment to the federal marketplace. We provide a multitude of services to both the federal customer and the manufacturers they represent including contract expertise, coordination and administration, high caliber customer service and strategic, government-focused, marketing efforts.

As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Strategic Accounts to support our existing client portfolio and explore new business opportunities within the federal government sector.

We're looking for someone highly data driven, eager to get after new sales and committed to providing top tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Existing Partners :

  • Manage current supplier relationships while maintaining compliance.
  • Plan quarterly sales reviews and travel accommodations.
  • Vendor National Sales Meeting attendance and travel.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Provide and analyze requested sales data via excel spreadsheets.
  • Work with medical device manufacturers' c-suite with government specific criteria to impact their sales and marketing strategy.
  • Assist in or lead discussion for sales / business division in meetings.
  • Review government bids on websites for sales opportunities.

Prospective Vendors :

  • Assist Director in vetting potential partnerships.
  • Account management of leads / potential accounts.
  • Attend conferences and develop relationships from networking opportunities.
  • Assist in onboarding of new divisions or companies.
  • Calls or travel for team introductions.
  • Attend strategy calls with management & implement strategy as agreed upon.
  • Develop relationship with key employees of new partnerships.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • 1-4 trips per month.
  • Local and national travel.

Salary : 70-80k salary

Schedule : 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday

Job-type : In-person with some hybrid flexibility after 3 months.
