Loan Partner
The Bellas Group with Churchill Mortgage has a great opportunity for a Loan Partner to join the team! This team member will work to provide exceptional experiences for each family that chooses to work with the Bellas Group.
BASIC FUNCTION :
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver an exceptional experience to each family and partner.
- Manage the family’s journey with Churchill and support the activities of the Loan Officer.
- Ensure qualifications are thoroughly researched and vetted.
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES :
- Follow up with the family to schedule calls with the Loan Officer.
- Follow up for completed loan applications and necessary supporting documentation.
- Regularly update the CRM to ensure information is accessible by the entire team.
- Communicate with the other team members to resolve challenges, find opportunities to better serve the family, etc.
- Structure loan files for pre-approval.
- Conduct research for unique loan scenarios.
- Ensure every pre-approval is thoroughly vetted.
- Create an initial strategy for the family’s mortgage based on their objectives.
- Prepare customized Total Cost Analyses.
- Follow up with relevant materials after buyer consultation.
- Answer questions from the family and referral partner.
- Follow up with the family as they search for their home.
- Structure loan files to be pre-underwritten.
- Create clear objectives for families that do not currently qualify and set a follow up strategy.
- Consistently follow up with potential clients, current clients, and past clients.
- Create customized pre-approval and pre-underwrite letters as needed for offers.
- Monitor upcoming expiring pre-approvals and pre-underwrites and proactively update the approvals.
- Ensure all parties in the process are communicated with clearly and consistently.
- Other duties as assigned
THE TEAM :
The Bellas Group has been established for 10 years. Nearly all the mortgages closed for families are a result of referrals from partners, returning families, or referrals from families that previously worked with the team.
The branch office is located in Wyoming, MI.
