Customer Service Representative

F&W Distribution, LLC is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities :

Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.

Taking orders over the phone, heavy data entry and provide support to Sales Representatives.

• Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product / service based on their unique needs.
• Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
• Track interactions in Eagle - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
• Process orders received by inbound calls, faxes, e-mails and outside sales representatives
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Provide top-quality customer service in accordance with our Company’s customer service standards and policies and procedures.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions with customers and / or sales representatives
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Physical : Ability to communicate effectively, ability to observe, ability to move, ability to adjusts, ability to perceive.
• Incumbents require sufficient physical ability to work in an office setting; stand or sit for prolonged periods of time;

operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; push, pull, lift, and / or carry light amounts of weight.

Requirements :

• 3 years experience
• Food Service Distribution Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish

Starting Pay : $18.33 / hr

Schedule- Monday through Friday from 7am - 3 : 45pm
