Purpose and Description This front-line individual routinely interacts with clients throughout the job; from first introductions at commencement through responding to clients requests during the course of the job, this individual represents Brian-Kyles in both a courteous and professional manner.
This position directs a team of 2-3 members ensuring that jobs are completed to company standards in both the most time efficient and safe manner possible.
This position transitions into winter employment through assisting with snow and ice related duties.
Essential Functions Accountable for safely leading and directing a crew of 2-3 personnel in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
Perform various landscape labor functions.
Prepare truck for the day load and secure equipment on trucks / trailers.
Perform routine safety inspections of both vehicle and trailer on a daily basis.
Plant and install perennials, shrubs, and trees, bed preparation, and install interlocking concrete pavers, garden and retaining walls and stamped concrete patios.
Read both landscape and construction print and interpret symbols.
Document and refer maintenance requests as they arise to mechanic in a timely manner via the Samsara app.
Responsible for assigned tools for team each season.
Perform various snow removal labor function during snow season.
Perform other duties as assigned.
