AV Specialist

PrimaryResponsibilities & Competencies
Assists with the support of IP Phones Voicemail and othertelephony equipment on the network (C isco UC phones Analog devicesvideo
endpoints).
Effectivelyresponds to end user requests (in person by telephone via email orremote control) for routine provisioning changes in C isco Call
Manager environment (new / replacement IPphones name changes line additions call forwards voicemailetc.).
Maintains network and IP phone equipmentinventory and asset configuration documentation.
Processes RMAs for failed network and IP phoneequipment.
Provides end user training on use ofIP phone services as needed (phone features voicemailchat).
Monitors and troubleshoots connectivityto printers and computers.
Escorts external ITvendors performing physical work in the environment.
Assists Network Administrators with planned maintenance ofC isco Network and C all Manager environment.
Participates in On C all Rotation 24 / 7.
Education :
Highschool diploma General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higherrequired. Associates degree in C omputer Information Systems orrelated
field preferred.
Work Experience :
Aminimum of 2 years relevant experience required. Experiencesupporting networks in a 24 / 7 environment preferred. C isco VoIPsupport
experience preferred.
