- A large hospital in Arizona is looking for Oncology nurses for a travel assignment.
- The right candidate will have two years of experience and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.

Job Requirements
- Two years of experience in nursing.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- An active Arizona license or compact.
- LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Basic Dysrhythmia Exam Required PRIOR to sending the contract.
- Completion of SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes (with some exceptions for certain units).
- Must be competent in maintaining sterile field as these are nursing skills that are performed frequently.
Schedule Information
- Shifts : 7-7 shifts
- Weekend Requirement : At least 1 weekend per month.
- Holidays : Work into rotation.
- 12 hour days, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of 3 major holidays
- Floor specific orientation : 2 days on the floor.

- Floating : Float to other MedSurg / Tele units

- Chemo certification is a plus.
- Nurse Aides : 2 PCTs days and nights
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients : 85% Oncology patients / 15% Tele medsurg. Surgical, medical, Oncology patients.
