In collaboration with Le Groupe VIF, we are looking a Sales Director for the U.S. market, an experienced individual to help achieve the company's sales goals in the American market.
The Sales Manager to develop the US market and help achieve to company's sales objectives. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Manager, USA will implement strategies to develop the market and build long-term relationships with customers.
As specialists in mold manufacturing and plastic part molding, Le Groupe VIF provides custom solutions for business projects, covering everything from design to complex product assembly.
Our advanced injection molding processes and the expertise of our employees make Groupe VIF the leading manufacturer of custom plastic parts, serving the entire Quebec, Ontario, and northeastern United States regions.
As Sales Manager, you will need to combine your creativity with good knowledge of sales processes to generate innovative ideas that will drive business growth.
Communication and team leadership skills are also essential for this position (leading manufacturing agents in its territory).
Ultimately, you will aspire to develop and maintain fruitful relationships with a large number of nationally distributed customers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the market (trends, competition, etc.) and implement development strategies;
- Establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets and forecasts;
- Analyze monthly sales results, identify key observations, make corrective adjustments to ensure results are achieves and targets are met;
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts;
- Negotiate and establish contracts with key accounts;
- Research and identify potential new customers and market opportunities;
- Provide effective and timely solutions to customer needs.
- Work with the Product Development team (projects) to ensure brand consistency;
- Stay abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are aware;
- Contribute to the company's reputation by offering a stellar customer service.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a sales manager with knowledge of the US market;
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field;
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics;
- Genuine customer service attitude and excellent negotiation skills;
- Strong communication skills and strategic vision;
- Analytical skills and problem-solving approach;
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines;
- Bilingualism French - English;
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power point);
- Willingness to travel if necessary.
