Service Parts Warehouse Picker

Position Summary
The Service Parts Warehouse Picker will be responsible for executing all service-related parts movements, inventories, and parts sales.
Position Responsibilities
- Obtain a technical understanding of the product and parts.
- Field customer and technician parts questions and requests
- Manage warranty parts usage, replenishment, and adjustment.
- Work with Production and Engineering team on assembly build-up management.
- Organize and stock physical parts area.
Position Qualifications
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer service
- Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them per a schedule.
- Ability to execute and follow through on instructions given by supervisor
- Knowledge of computer, MS Word and MS Excel programs
- Ability to articulate clearly when writing including composition, spelling and punctuation.
- Ability to safely operate a Forklift and other warehousing and shipping equipment
- High school diploma or GED
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- One or more years’ experience in parts / warehouse
- Experience with ERP systems
