We are a growing biotechnology company in Watertown looking to add an Office Administrator to our team. This is a great role for someone early in their career looking to gain experience and understand a business from the ground up.

This person will be responsible for greeting and engaging with guests / visitors who come on site, assisting with office management duties, like maintaining inventory, vendor relationships, and calendar management, etc.

but will also have an opportunity to take on projects throughout various parts of our organization based on skills and interests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Cultivate an engaging environment for guests and visitors, acting as the first point of contact for the office
  • Maintain inventory and restock company kitchen items and office supplies
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, as well as other HR related tasks
  • Assist with event planning, including meetings, conferences, and team outings
  • Manage calendars for conference rooms
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned
