Responsibilities
- Manages Turnover & Renovation Projects from start-to-finish (Vacant SFR Homes)
- Travels throughout market up to 90% of the time
- Acts as point-of-contact for clients and subcontractors
- Scopes Homes
- Creates punchlist for subcontractors
- Submits Change-orders
- Closes out projects
Qualifications
- 2-4 years residential construction / renovation management
- Extensive residential home repair pricing knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
