Job Summary :
Optima Health is seeking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician (MD) for our Crestline and Lake Arrowhead locations.
This role offers flexibility in either full-time or part-time capacity, with a particular need for part-time coverage at our Lake Arrowhead office.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients, promoting optimal health outcomes across all ages.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered family medicine care in both the Crestline and Lake Arrowhead offices.
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of common medical conditions, ensuring personalized and compassionate care.
- Travel between both locations as needed.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best care possible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications :
- MD degree with a specialization in Family Medicine.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid California medical license (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel between Crestline and Lake Arrowhead offices.
Compensation :
- Part-time : $150 per hour (primarily for Lake Arrowhead location).
