Job Description :

Looking for a collaborative environment where you can make an impact on business planning, financial reporting, and decision-making?

Join us as we seek a Senior Financial Analyst to create a dynamic team in our Corporate Financial Operations. Interact with various teams as a trusted business partner to facilitate the development of business plans for new initiatives.

You Will :

Analyze complex financial business models for new initiatives and provide constructive feedback.

Identify and explain key financial performance indicators.

Provide financial analysis, planning, and forecasting which may include consolidation of financial data from various sources, analyzing current and past financial data, and performance of the overall portfolio.

Translate complex financial data into an understandable format for a broad range of audiences.

Build complex financial models and / or forecasting, benchmarking, and processing analysis.

Develop ad hoc reports to support the needs of leadership teams.

Lead and / or assist in projects that require financial support and / or guidance.

You Are :

A critical thinker with a strong understanding of complex key performance indicators

Self-starter who takes initiative in managing multiple projects independently

Action-oriented and eager to embrace new challenges.

Skilled in working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.

You Have :

4 + years of finance, accounting, investment banking, or related experience, healthcare preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills

Strong understanding of financial concepts

Location : 90% remote flexibility. Expected to be in NYC for important in-person meetings and other collaboration needs.
