Subin Associates, LLP, a premier personal injury litigation firm in New York City, is seeking an Assistant Calendar Clerk to become a part of our growing firm! The person in this position will be a member of our Calendar Department, working under the direction of one of our supervising Calendar Clerk EBTs.
Responsibilities :
- Enter appointments in our case management system and update as necessary
- Properly document all appointments
- Confirm appointments with clients and opposing counsel
- Communicating with clients, handling attorneys and opposing counsel
- Record and store client information in our case management system
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience working in the calendar department of a New York litigation law firm
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus
