Job Title : Maintenance Technician- Weekly Pay up to $35 / hr
Job Description
Diagnose, analyze, and investigate malfunctions of plant packaging and bottling equipment. Repair and adjust hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated PLC equipment, including conveyors, palletizers, depalletizers, bottlers, and cappers.
Troubleshoot equipment, making necessary repairs and adjustments for maximum operating efficiency. Replace and repair motors, gearboxes, drive units, and other packaging equipment components as required.
Monitor equipment performance and report inefficiencies caused by equipment or materials. Perform packaging equipment changeovers for different size containers or components.
Maintain records or downtime logs of equipment malfunctions or component parts used for repair. Comply with good manufacturing practices, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Work independently under limited supervision. Log daily activity in Maximo.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Austin, Texas.
Work Environment
Large bottling manufacturing facility with day and second shifts. One opening on day shift (7am-4 : 30pm, Monday-Thursday).
Two openings on 2nd shift (4 : 00pm-2 : 30am, Monday-Thursday). Training will likely start on day shift for the first few months.
The facility is expanding to a new building, initially operating on a first shift until demand requires a second shift.
