Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide instruction and support tailored to each student's unique learning requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure academic and social-emotional success.

Requirements :

• Valid state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain certification prior to start date).
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
