Are you looking for a true career opportunity with an owner who is motivated to see you grow?
My name is Brandon Wine and I've been a State Farm Agent for the last 10 years. My true passion is to help people grow their professional careers, provide an opportunity to increase their income, and impact the lives of my team and their family for the better.
We have consistently ranked in the top 1% of all agencies in the country since opening in 2013. We are part of a very select group that have been given the chance to run three separate State Farm locations.
There are two main career paths you will find at our offices. First, is our career team member route. You will be heavily trained by me, Brandon Wine, on sales processes, product knowledge and our software systems to sell auto, home and life insurance products.
We have a need to develop general managers and product specialists to help build our commercial insurance and mortgage businesses.
Growing your responsibilities in the office will ultimately lead toward the ability to grow your compensation. We are highly motivated to find candidates that want to help grow our business and take on more of these responsibilities.
The second career path is what we refer to as the Agent Aspirant route. Here I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience.
This development and mentoring can lead you in the right direction to open your own State Farm agency. To date, we have placed five Agent Aspirants into their own agency.
It typically takes between three and four years to prepare our Aspirants.
