We are currently looking for experienced Physical Therapist Assistants who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home services to patients in their homes in multiple locations including these and adjacent areas :
West Los Angeles l Culver City l West Hollywood l Inglewood l Downtown Los Angeles l Hollywood l Surrounding areas
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience
- Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
