Responsibilities
- MUST be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Make outbound calls to connect with new business via telephone.
- Develop Insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships.
- Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails.
Requirements
- MUST be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX.
- Experience Preferred.
- Bilingual is beneficial, but not a requirement.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication / intuitive skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Highly-self motivated.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Hybrid-Remote position
