KeyResponsibilities :

• Leadership &Management : Lead and mentor a team of ElectricalEngineers Automation Engineers and Application Engineers supportingour Control and Automationproducts.
• ProjectOversight : Ensure the timely completion of Controlsand Automation design tasks and manage multiple concurrent projectsefficiently.
• TechnicalExcellence : Review and approve ECOs design packagesBOMs firmware / software math data and other technicaldocumentation.
• CrossFunctionalCollaboration : Provide electrical and automationexpertise to assist engineering teams in completing largecrossfunctionalprojects.
• Research &Development : Support R&D activities and validateembedded hardware systems schematics and PCBassemblies.
• Embedded SystemsDesign : Develop and validate embedded software in Cand program microcontrollers and PLCs to ensure robust errorfreecommunications.
• QualityAssurance : Review design risk assessmentsverification and validation activities and address root causes ofissues through Corrective Action Reports(CARs).

Qualifications :

• Education : B.S. inElectrical Engineering or equivalent education andexperience.
• Experience : 37 years of experience managing and leading technical staff inroles such as engineering manager supervisor or technical teamlead.
• Standards &Compliance : Experience with UL IEC FCC and similarstandards for electrical system design and regulatorycompliance.
• TechnicalSkills : Extensive knowledge of embedded systemdesign firmware and software development in C; familiarity withEPLAN Electric P8 and AltiumDesigner.
• ProjectManagement : Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously maintaining high productivity and meetingdeadlines.
• AdditionalSkills : Knowledge of programmable logic controllers(PLCs) variable frequency drives (VFDs) and Industrial Ethernetcommunication protocols is desirable.
