We are currently seeking an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.
In this role, you will utilize your strong persuasion skills to convert customer prospects into qualified leads. We are looking for an ideal candidate who excels at closing deals and enjoys engaging with people.

Compensation :
$55,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
Qualifications :
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
