A well-established CPA firm, with office locations in Chandler and Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking to hire a Principal Auditor to join their team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop strong relationships with clients by gathering relevant information, resolving issues, and offering suggestions for process enhancements.
- Take charge of client audit, review, and compilation assignments, including planning, execution, management, and completion of financial audits.
- Display comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and the presentation of financial statements.
- Supervise, train, and guide junior associates through the audit process.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial statements and audit-related issues.
- Develop a solid understanding of clients' businesses.
- Complete any other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A Master's degree in Accounting would be an advantage!
- Possess 3-6 years of audit experience in public accounting.
- Be a certified CPA or a candidate actively pursuing the CPA designation.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
