As an Assistant Director you will :

  • Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients
  • Regularly monitor the center's programs to assess program quality and that the children's learning is effectively documented and visible
  • Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

What we hope you will bring to this role :

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements :

  • Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
  • Two to four years of professional childcare teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

Pay Range : $51,480 - $64,350

Compensation Range : $51,480 - $64,350
