Job Details
This position is truly a do all role. It will consist of assisting the CEO with his business and personal calendar, office management / administration, basic accounting and more! The key person will be a jack of all trades that is one step ahead of helping the team out and they will be the go to for anything and everything administrative! Duties will include : maintaining office supplies, cleanliness and general organization, sitting in on meetings and taking notes for CEO / CFO, helping with HR compliance and any tech issues that might arise, organizing and planning meetings, helping the CFO with day to day accounting, etc.
Experience in a similar role is important but a positive, helpful personality will be the most important trait - must be tech savvy, positive, have complete ownership over the job at hand and have an attitude that no task is too small or too big!
