Job Description
- Documenting and understanding the current state of CI / CD for over a dozen teams
- Focusing on improving the critical path of tasks that exist between writing code and running in production
- Aligning DevOps tooling between development and operations teams driving everything from source-control to build-process to infrastructure-as-code
- Setting continuous deployment goals by product to drive more rapid dev-to-deployment iterations
- Work with brilliant software developers, cloud and automation engineers to define the highest value CI / CD principles to chase
- Serve highly-technical internal stakeholders focused on constantly increasing cycle time
Qualifications
Required Experience / Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field
- Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead large, complex projects and initiatives from concept to delivery
- Adept knowledge of enterprise-scale technologies, including applications hosted on the cloud and software as a service (SaaS)
- Excellent organizational, time-management and decision-making skills
- Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Effectively communicate and promote the product goals to all stakeholders and development team members
- Be an agile thinker by absorbing new information and updating plans accordingly but have enough confidence to resist or question urgent requests that are not beneficial in the big picture to the product, the business and its customers
Desired qualifications :
- Direct experience in a customer-facing role with demonstrated ability to gather complex customer requirements
- Experience in medical imaging or healthcare industry
