Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire Armed Security Guards in the Boston, MA area , who are friendly, professional, and have customer service and security experience.
Work shifts : Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates for daytime (8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm) as well as candidates that have flexibility with second and third shifts.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week. Pay is $19.50 - $22.00 / hour.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 19+ years of age
- Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle
- MA-LTC (employment or no restrictions)
- Must own personal pistol in 9mm or 40cal.
- Verifiable training in "how to shoot" (military or law enforcement)
- 1 year of security experience
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Flexible work availability
- Command presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal cell phone (to call on and off duty with our dispatch center)
- Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments)
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process
- Ability to pass a CORI / SORI check
