Job Responsibilities : Assists the President and Chief of Staff in providing leadership and strategic direction for initiatives and programs.
Supports the development of healthcare policy and programs and provides recommendations to ensure alignment with the administration's priorities and federal, state, and local regulations.
Supports the development and management of thebudget to monitor expenditures and ensure fiscal responsibility.Leads special projects and initiatives related as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
Drives innovation and improvement in healthcare delivery.Utilizes data and analytics to inform confidential decision-making and policy development.
Prepare reports on healthcare program performance and outcomes to present recommendations to the President and other stakeholders at the direction of the Chief of Staff.
Participates in the coordination of healthcare programs, including public health, hospitals, clinics, and other related services ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers,community organizations, and the public, to advance healthcare-related objectives.
Acts as a key point of contact for the President and Chief of Staff during healthcare emergencies and crises to coordinate response efforts and ensure effective communication.
Basic Hiring Criteria : Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree PLUS a minimum of three (3) years of healthcare administration, public policy, public health, public administration, or business administration experience.
In-depth knowledge of offices, healthcare systems, public health principles, and relevant laws.Thorough knowledge of internal control structure, including the control environment, accounting system, and procedures.
Knowledge of public health policy in federal, state, and local government.Ability to distinguish between errors, irregularities, and illegal acts, and taking appropriate action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Skilled in data analysis and interpretation to make decisions based on evidence.
Ability to develop and implement policy and program recommendations regarding budget, financial management, and healthcare compliance.
Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks, manage confidential information, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities.Desired Qualifications : Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration.
