100% remote (Note If you reside in the Tampa area this role is hybrid) Work authorization : USC and Green Card only No relocation Position Summary : The Senior ACA Business Analyst will lead the analysis and improvement of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes.
This role requires a deep understanding of ACA guidelines and operational procedures, including data reconciliation, RCNI / RCNO file handling, and error resolution.
The Senior Analyst will work closely with operations, IT, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and efficient enrollment data management.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the analysis of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
Collaborate with IT to design and implement system enhancements that support reconciliation activities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, including workflows and standard operating procedures.
Analyze reconciliation data to identify discrepancies and work with operations to resolve them. Serve as a subject matter expert on ACA processes, providing guidance and support to junior analysts and other team members.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on reconciliation activities and outcomes for senior management. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in ACA business analysis or a similar regulatory environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes, including Pre-Audit, RCNI, and RCNO submissions. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
