One of our clients is seeking a Flex Team Member to provide supportive services to people experiencing homelessness and support existing homeless services providers in Nashville-Davidson and Williamson Counties.
HOURS
- Sunday - Thursday - 11am-7pm
- Tuesday - Saturday - 10am-6pm
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THE OPPORTUNITY
- Provide support services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Assist with bridging staff shortages in shelter support.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse population.
- Participate in community outreach meetings as requested.
- Keep records and notes on interaction with individuals in isolation and quarantine.
