COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS SENIOR ASSOCIATE
As the Analytics Solutions Senior Associate in Commercial Term Lending Finance & Business Management, you will be in a dynamic role providing analytics and insights for strategic projects, executive level presentations, and sales initiatives.

We provide credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and nonprofit organizations.
Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk.
By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.
Job responsibilities Analyze internal and 3rd party data to support key business initiatives and the creation of executive level presentations Identify and explore new opportunities to drive significant business value using data Create proof of concept solutions prior to development by product and reporting teams Write data use cases to articulate how data will be used, safeguarded, and retained Evaluate data integrity Serve as project lead for data intensive effortsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills 5+ years of data analytics experience across broad range of tools Expert knowledge of SQL and / or Python skills Experience planning and leading projects in a fast-paced and matrixed work environment Ability to express ideas and convey information to technical and business partnersPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Commercial real estate knowledge Familiarity with financial products#LI-Hybrid
