Description of the Role
The Paretti Family of Dealerships is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Custodial Team in Metairie, Louisiana.
As a Custodial Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the dealership, including offices, restrooms, showrooms, and service areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Restock janitorial supplies as needed
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs and painting
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations
Requirements
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills
