Overview PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY Are you passionate about mental health and looking for some extra income? This part-time clinician role may be the perfect fit for you! This rewarding opportunity provides direct care on Saturdays from 3 : 00 to 11 : 30 p.

m. at our housing site in Fairview Heights, IL. This role will provide client-centered and client-driven services in client homes (group setting) that will focus on community support in apartment, conflict resolution, symptom management, group services / outings, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping individuals in need.

We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers.

Responsibilities Provide client-centered services : assessment, therapy, community support, and medication management. Use evidence-based practices for skill development and facilitate individual, roommate, family, and group therapy.

Connect clients with additional clinical resources. Assume a leadership role with minimal guidance and oversight. Promote the recovery model : trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health / wellness, and spirituality / connectedness.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, and 6 months of peer or social service experience; OR CRSS or CPRS certification;

OR Bachelor’s degree and CADC certification; OR Master’s degree. Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable.
