Responsibilities
- Manage the work process byallocating assignments to other regulatoryemployees.
- Expertise in preparing remindersmessages and reports when required.
- Provideassistance with training of staff individuals and newemployees.
- Implement and screen programs ascoordinated by the administration and see the projects through toconsummation.
- Respond to inquiries and callsfor all kind of information related to theorganization.
- Expect to provide assistance withother administrative duties.
- Maintain PCs faxand photocopy machines.
- Maintain supplies ofoffice by checking stock and request different items whenrequired.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in any discipline.
- Proven 0 yearexperience of working as Receptionist
- Proficient in MSOffice.
- Capable to analyze and operateworkplace practices to enhanceproductivity.
- Ability to handle multiple tasksat a time.
- Exceptional organization analyticaland communication (oral and written)skills
- Detail oriented and an excellent problemsolver.
