Job Description : We are seeking a technically skilled Client Success Manager to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, and providing ongoing support to enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be driven, analytical, and proficient in using software to address client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Onboarding : Act as the main point of contact for new clients, facilitating their onboarding and ensuring a seamless integration.
- Training & Support : Provide training to clients on the platform and offer ongoing support post-implementation.
- Team Collaboration : Partner with Project Management, Technical, and Operations teams to tailor the software platform to client specifications and resolve technical issues.
- Client Engagement : Monitor and assess client engagement, offering feedback to improve products and services.
- Growth Strategy : Develop strategies to maximize client value and drive customer base expansion.
Qualifications :
- Technical Experience : Background in Business to Business (B2B) sales, with experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Additional Details :
- Work Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday fully in-office
- Travel : Occasional travel for conferences or sales meetings
- Parking : Not provides
