Job Title : Medical Office Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements :
- Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities :
- Deliver compassionate and professional patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient assessments, taking vital signs, and preparing patients for exams.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support clinical staff in implementing patient care plans and treatments.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold the practice's policies and adhere to all healthcare regulations.
