Overview :
As an Assistant Manager at Jeremiahs Italian Ice, you will play a crucial role in driving our store's success. You will help oversee daily operations and ensure that our location excels in cleanliness, teamwork, and financial performance.
This position is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest
- Assist with scheduling and training new team members
- Manage inventory and oversee weekly Sysco orders
- Coordinate and fulfill catering deliveries and events
- Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and organization

Experience and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on operational efficiency and team development

- Self-starter with strong motivation and creativity

Work Schedule :
