About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Emergency Room Job Duration : 104 weeks Shift : 12x3 Night - 7 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 AM Guaranteed Hours : 36.
00 hours per week Experience : Two years of emergency room experience required- IV insertion and phlebotomy skills required- Conscious sedation required License : New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification Certifications : - AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)- AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course, specific locations only) Must-Have : IV / Phlebotomy experience Job Description : Provide high-quality nursing care in an emergency room setting- Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy efficiently- Administer conscious sedation as required- Demonstrate proficiency in emergency room protocols and patient care standards- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and healthcare team- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards of nursing practice- Participate in continuous education and training for professional development
