Compensation Base Range : $110,000 - $130,000 Annually

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at REP Fitness , you'll be at the center of shaping the financial strategy of one of the fastest-growing brands in fitness. This isn't just about reporting numbers - it's about uncovering insights, telling the story behind the data, and helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions.

In this role, you'll own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, turning financial results into actionable strategies that fuel profitable growth. You'll partner closely with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering to connect the dots between business strategy and financial outcomes.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

Financial Acumen & Analytical Rigor - Expert in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a strong grasp of P&L, cash flow, and key business drivers.

Business Partnership - Works closely with department leaders to align financial insights with business strategies and growth initiatives.

Strategic Thinking - Anticipates trends, evaluates market dynamics, and supports leadership in making long-term, growth-oriented decisions.

Data-Driven Decision Making - Leverages ERP / BI systems and KPIs to inform recommendations.

Process Improvement & Scalability - Builds efficient, repeatable FP&A processes and reporting tools to support REP's rapid growth.
