HR Generalist

An ABA Agency is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This role involves implementing HR processes, assisting with new initiatives, managing employee relations, and overseeing the onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and refine HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Assist with the development and rollout of new HR initiatives and processes.
- Manage employee relations for BCBAs and paraprofessionals, including handling terminations and write-ups.
- Oversee the onboarding team (1-2 people) to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage employee relations with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Experience overseeing and supporting onboarding processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
