Salary : 70k-90k, negotiable based on your experience and relevant registrations (e.g., Series 7, 66 etc). 401k : Employer-matched contributions up to 4%. Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Services Assistant to join our team in San Jose. This is a crucial role that combines client-facing responsibilities with executive support for one of our partners. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with a strong growth mindset who is eager to learn and improve processes.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service (80-90%) :
- Manage the client onboarding process, including account opening and new client setup.
- Handle client transactions and general account support.
- Provide administrative support to the rest of the team.
- Process and manage incoming mail.
- Manage calendar and schedule.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
