Requirements :

Proven Track record of results in new business sales

Excellent sales presentation skills and ability to close deals

B2B sales, the mentality to find new business opportunity

Strong communication and negotiation skills

High level of motivation, self-driven and independent

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS

3-Years minimum in sales and operational experience, prefer janitorial experience

Batchelor degree, business owner experience, or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Reliable Transportation

Have a flexible schedule

Able to qualify to work in US and pass background check

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :

Sales for new customers and existing customers

Coordinate operations for new and existing customers

Recruit, onboard, and train, and retain cleaning crews

Conduct in person customer visits, resolve complaints, and reply to customer requests.

Coordinate start of new customers

Sales and customer retention goals met

Clear consistent communication with customers, contractors, and executive team leaders

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : Base - $60,000 - $70,000, plus sales commission, plus 5% commission of annual revenue- payout at 90-days and 9-months, 2.5% each

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Monday to Friday

On call

Weekend availability as needed.
