Description
Hostess :
Understands the company core values and Ensures Guests receive a Craveable dining experience. Greets and seats Guests with Hickory Taverns Hospitality Mentality in a timely and proficient manner.
Functions :
- Greet all guest with a warm, sincere smile and make them feel welcome, cared for and important.
- Positively impact each guest by doing what you can to exceed their expectations.
- Answer phone, opens doors and seats guest with a positive energetic attitude.
- Perform opening, running and closing side work.
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assist other Team Members as needed to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Requirements
- Stands / walks 4 to 8 hours per shift.
- Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests.
- Ability to be friendly and smile
