Energetic New Graduates who value the culture of the office, want to continue to grow, are passionate about their role in improving a patients oral healthcare and want to contribute to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including oral prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and patient education.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive dental care.
• Utilize advanced dental technology to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications :

• Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist.
• Proven experience in a dental hygiene role (new graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Proficiency with dental hygiene instruments and technology.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay rate :

Single column hygiene day : $42 - 46 (+ bonus)

Double Column hygiene day : $44 - 48 (+bonus)

These are the base rates that are determined through a tiered production structure. This does not include the additional bonus program benefits)

Hours available to construct your ideal schedule for 2-5 days a week :

Mon / Tues 8am-5pm , option of single column or double hygiene columns for half of the day.

Thurs : 7am-3pm : option of single column or double hygiene for half or whole day.

Fri : 7am-2pm ( every other week ) double hygiene column, whole day with a break in the middle so the double hygiene is not longer than 3 hours at a time.

DOUBLE HYGIENE : we schedule 60 minute appointments that are staggered on the half hour. You have a trained assistant and new patients scheduled for 90 minutes (with no other appointments during 60 minutes of the appointment).

Our temp hygienists have all commented about how helpful the assistants are to make sure things go as smoothly as possible.
